Create Onboarding

 Onboarding can be created from letzNav admin and can be assigned to segments as needed. To create an onboarding:

1. Login to letzNav Admin

2. Click on Manage

3. Click on User Onboarding under Manage section

4. Click on Add New button on the top right corner of User Onboarding page

5. In the General section, enter Name of the onboarding

6. Check Target to segment, if you want this onboarding to appear only to one or more segments

7. Choose the segments to target with onboarding

Adding Items to segment

1. Click on Tasks tab

2. Click on Add Task and choose the type of task to be added to this onboarding

3.  Select Workflows/ Knowledge content to add to this onboarding

11. Click on Add button
