Custom Roles: Custom roles can be created and assigned to users. While creating custom roles please take care of all the permissions that will be required to complete a task.Application access and correct set of permissions will help users to complete the assigned task.
To Add a Custom Role:
- Click on the Settings Icon
Under Roles section Click on Add User
Enter the Role Name and Description.
Select Create as permission for Tool set and Modify as permission fro Publish as shown below.
Note: Tool set is a set of tools present in the Editor which consists of Workflows,Validations, Launchers,Tooltips,Announcements.
Click on Add to create a Role.
