Add a Custom Role

Custom Roles: Custom roles can be created and assigned to users. While creating custom roles please take care of all the permissions that will be required to complete a task.Application access and correct set of permissions will help users to complete the assigned task.

To Add a Custom Role:

  • Click on the Settings Icon 
  • Under Roles section Click on Add User

  • Enter the Role Name and Description.

  • Select Create as permission  for Tool set and Modify as permission fro Publish as shown below.
    Note: Tool set is a set of tools present in the Editor which consists of Workflows,Validations, Launchers,Tooltips,Announcements.

  • Click on Add to create a Role.
