Create Launchers

Login to the Editor, Click on Launchers and then,identify a Frame on the application where the Launcher(s) is to be placed and Create a Frame to proceed to add a Launcher.

Once the frame is created,follow the steps as mentioned below:

  • Click on Add New Launcher

  • Select the element on the screen to point the Launcher and enter the description.

A Launcher has the capability to launch a 

  • Workflow
  • Video and/or
  • Document.

Launch a Workflow

To Launch a Workflow from the Launcher:

  • Select Workflow Icon at Launcher option as shown below

  • Select Workflow Name from the drop-down.

  • Select the step from which the Workflow should launch.

  • Adjust the Icon position using padding and click on Save.

Launch a Video

To Launch a Video from the Launcher:

  • Select Video Icon at Launcher option as shown below

  • Select Video from the drop-down.

Note: You need to Upload the Video in the Knowledge Store to be able to see it in the drop-down. If it is not present already, just click on new content and type in the URL. It will automatically get added to the Knowledge Store. To learn more about Knowledge Store click here.

  • Adjust the Icon position using padding and click on Save.

Launch a Document/URL

To launch a Document/URL  from the Launcher

  • Select link Icon at Launcher option as shown below

  • Select Link name from the drop down.


Note: You need to Upload the Link in the Knowledge Store to be able to see it in the drop-down. If it is not present already, just click on new content and type the URL.  It will automatically get added to the Knowledge Store. To learn more about Knowledge Store click here.

  • Adjust the Icon position using padding and click on Save.

To push the Launcher to End Users or to Quality Analysts,the status of the Frame on which the Launcher is placed needs to be changed.Know How to Change the Status of the Frame?
