Add Knowledge Content

Knowledge Center is the central repository where  links to the documents, videos and images are stored. These items can be accessed by the users using the Player.

To add new knowledge content:

  • log into the Admin
  • Click on Manage Tab
  • Click on Knowledge Center

  • Click on Add New

  • Provide all the details in the pop-up as shown in the below screen shot.

  • Click on Add to save the content added.
