The CSM will help kickoff your roll-out starting with clarifying your business objectives and discuss Key Performance Indicators.
The kickoff meeting is an important milestone because it gives your CSM the information to develop a solution that helps you quickly meet your goals. Of course, the best way to prepare for a kickoff call is to discuss internally what your business objectives are with your team about:
- What metrics do you want to improve?
- Have there been any technical difficulties in using LetzNav on your application?
- Streamlining User Onboarding/Training
- Accelerating Feature Adaption/Change Management
- Increasing Conversion
- Reducing Customer Care/Support - where ever required
- Any other situations that you'd like to over come
Your initial call with the CSM will identify which of these goals is most important to you. This way, every solution will be customized to help you meet your goal.
