Add a Language to a Workflow

letzNav supports multi-languages for the Workflows. Once a Workflow is created, different languages can be applied to the content. 

Note - To add language to a Workflow, change the status to Draft.

Step By Step instructions to add a language for a Workflow

1. Log into letzNav Admin.


2. Go to Manage Tab and click on the Workflows menu under the Manage section.


3. Click on + icon of the preferred Workflow to add a new language (Below is the Screen shot for reference).


4. Choose the selected language from drop-down menu.

     

 Note: If the required language does not appear in the drop down, Add the language to make it available.


5. In the next step, enter the relevant translated content for the selected language to all the steps of the Workflow as shown below.

 


 6. Click on Save.


NOTE: Languages can be added only when Workflow status is in Draft mode.
