Project Kickoff

You have made the decision to implement letzNav. It is now the time to get the process started. The letzNav team will be with you every step of the way.

You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be your single point of contact for the implementation. Discuss your goals and plan and explore your options with your CSM. Your CSM will help ensure LetzNav launches your organization to the next level so you can realize maximum ROI. 

The CSM will kickoff your roll-out starting by clarifying your business objectives and discuss Key Performance Indicators.

The Kickoff meeting is an important milestone because it gives your CSM the information to develop a solution that helps you quickly meet your goals.

Of course, the best way to prepare for a Kickoff call is for you and your team to understand your business objectives. For example, what metrics do you want to improve? 

Here are some things to think about when you meet with your team members:

  • What are the areas where efficiency needs improvement?
  • What are your pain points?
  • How do you currently offer support?
  • How do you currently provide training?
  • Who are your users?

Take some time to discuss these points with your internal team. Answering these questions will help you be fully prepared, and get the most from your initial meeting with your CSM.
